By booking a trip with Your Traveling Besties and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Your Traveling Besties. Each of these may be updated from time to time without notice.

Liability Disclaimer: Your Traveling Besties is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the trip. This includes but is not limited to incidents related to travel, accommodations, activities, or interactions with other participants. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.

Verification of Booking Information: You are required to review all aspects of your booking reservation to verify the accuracy of the information shown, including but not limited to: passenger name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, country of citizenship, passport details, emergency contact information, required vaccination status, dietary restrictions, allergies, pricing, and selected activities. The name on your booking must match your travel documents (e.g., passport). Failure to provide accurate information may result in the inability to participate in the trip, for which Your Traveling Besties is not responsible.

Booking Airfare: You are responsible for arranging your own airfare to and from the destination. Your Traveling Besties does not include flights in the trip package and is not liable for any issues related to your flights, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or missed connections. We recommend booking flights that allow for flexibility and purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Roommate Arrangements: Participants will share rooms with another traveler unless otherwise specified. We will do our best to match you with a compatible roommate based on a pre-trip questionnaire, but we make no guarantees regarding compatibility. Your Traveling Besties is not responsible for any issues that arise between roommates, including disagreements, snoring, or differing habits. We cannot offer alternative accommodations in these cases.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, flight delays, and other potential risks. However, purchasing travel insurance is ultimately at the discretion of the participant. Your Traveling Besties is not liable for any costs associated with trip interruptions, delays, or medical care.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the trip. This includes respecting the group, local customs, and the environment. Any actions that jeopardize the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others, such as harassment, disrespect, or unsafe behavior, may result in removal from the trip at the discretion of Your Traveling Besties without a refund.

Third-Party Providers: Your Traveling Besties collaborates with third-party vendors for services such as accommodation, transport, and activities. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for any issues or damages that arise from their services. Any disputes or claims regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.

Force Majeure: Your Traveling Besties is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every effort to adjust the trip accordingly but cannot guarantee refunds or compensations.

Cancellation Policy: As outlined during booking on the individual trip page, all deposits are non-refundable. However, cancellation policies, including any partial refunds or deadlines, vary depending on the specific trip. Please refer to the terms provided for each trip for more detailed information regarding deadlines and refund eligibility.

Indemnification: By participating in the trip, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Traveling Besties, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in the trip, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any third-party claims resulting from your actions during the trip.

License Grant: By booking and participating in a trip with Your Traveling Besties, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use any photos, videos, or other media taken during the trip that feature you, for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform us prior to the trip.

Health and Safety: All participants are required to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may impact their participation in trip activities. Your Traveling Besties is not liable for any medical emergencies that arise during the trip. We encourage all travelers to consult with their healthcare provider before participating in physically demanding activities.
