Thursday 07.11.24

  • After arriving at Calgary airport, we'll drive to Canmore to settle into the cozy accommodations.

  • Head up the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for breathtaking views.

  • Enjoy dinner at the Sulphur Mountain Sky Bistro, surrounded by stunning landscapes.

Friday 07.12.24

  • Start your day exploring the famous turquoise waters of Lake Louise.

  • Hike up to the Lake Agnes Tea House for a charming tea and scones break while hiking in the mountains.

  • End the day with a delicious dinner in the quaint town of Canmore.

Saturday 07.13.24

  • Spend the morning taking in the stunning beauty of Moraine Lake.

  • Paddle out on a canoe to experience the lake’s peaceful serenity.

  • Celebrate our last night together with a special farewell dinner and night on the town!

Sunday 07.14.24

    • Submit your $175 non-refundable deposit (within 48 hours of submitting your form)

    If you don't submit your deposit within 48 hours, you may potentially lose your spot so be sure to book as soon as possible.

  • You’ll fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC), which is about 1.5 hours from Banff. Please note that you are responsible for booking your own roundtrip flights, but we will share recommendations on which flight to book.

  • We’ll all be staying in a gorgeous luxury townhouse located in Canmore less than 20 minutes from Banff. The home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, gas barbecue, outdoor deck with mountain views, & a walkout basement patio.

  • We keep our group size small and intimate, typically around 8-10 women, including your hosts Nina and Chelsea, so you’ll have plenty of time to get to know everyone.

  • No, this trip is for all skill levels. We’ll have plenty of options for varying abilities, and no one will be left behind!

  • Don’t you fret! We created this community to not only travel, but to make friends along the way. Leading up to the trip we’re organizing virtual “happy hours” so we can all bond along with creating a group IG DM Group so we can connect prior to the trip.

  • Yes! We’ve built in some free time for you to relax, explore, or join optional activities.

  • Rooms are shared with another YTB traveler. But don't you worry - before the trip, we’ll send out a pre-trip questionnaire to help match you with someone based on your living style to ensure you have the best roomie possible.

  • While travel insurance is highly recommended, it’s ultimately up to you. However, we’re not responsible for lost or delayed luggage, canceled or delayed flights, medical incidents, or other unforeseen events.

  • We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel by February 1, 2024, we’ll issue a full refund, minus the $175 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel by March 15, 2024, you'll receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations after March 15, 2024, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!"
